The "About" on the STA Focus web site.

Three years ago our founder and CEO Kim Inman decided that online advertising had essentially lost its value. The last three years have proved his vision to be spot on.
--Spot on? Kim hasn't hit anything spot on except how to rip people off.

While corporations have trooped to the Web, the product -- advertising -- has become increasingly valueless.
--You say it is valueless, yet you send out bogus 1099s calling it income. How is that Kim?

STA is changing all of that. Instead of the model of setting up campaigns that clutter the Web with all manner of popups, popunders, slide ins and pay per click ads, we have developed a unique ADVERTISING ON DEMAND system that generated in the three initial years well over what eBay did during its start up phase at the height of the dot com boom.
--There isn't anything unique about it and isn't pay per click exactly what you are doing, except for the pay part of course. You ain't no Ebay Kim.

We have a core staff of experienced professionals covering areas of management, finance, security and the business of advertising.
--Experienced? Yeah, experienced scammers. The management has mismanaged the thing from day one. They can't hit a scheduled date to save their lives. Advertising? They haven't sold jack except for the poor affiliates, and I do mean poor. Finance? Well, if you mean financing theirselves while screwing other people over, yeah. Security? I guess you mean the post security on the YM forums where no one is allowed to talk.

Our affiliate base is made up of a savvy, international group of online shoppers, Internet lovers and persons with considerable home business experience.
--Our affiliate base is made up of a bunch of suckers. Sorry folks, we were. Guess we weren't savvy enough. We don't have any money to do any online shopping and we weren't exerienced enough to see this for what it was.

There is no place on the Web in which a grass roots, global group of potential focus group members stands ready to take on all assignments under the experienced direction we can provide.
--And there still isn't or at least it isn't this.

We seek advertisers who want to work with us as we create a better model all around for online advertising.
--We seek advertisers who will believe all our bull and shower us with cash so we can rip them off with click fraud etc.

STA is truly, we believe, the future of advertising.
--Nah, not really, we don't believe it, but we want you to.

Something interesting from my neck of the woods

Texas indictment charges Phipps with defrauding investors

A former Tarrant County businessman seeking to launch an independent candidacy for Alabama governor has been charged with defrauding investors of about $21 million in an "elaborate Ponzi investment scheme" in Texas.

The former Arlington resident, James Ray Phipps, whose listed address is in Alexandria, Ala., was arrested this week in Anniston. According to Rep. Demetrius Newton, who represented Phipps in the bond hearing Thursday said that Phipps will not fight extradition to Texas and U.S. marshals will take him back to Texas within 2-3 days.

The indictment, issued by a federal grand jury in Fort Worth, Texas, charges Phipps with running a Ponzi scheme entitled "Life Without Debt" from an office in Colleyville, Texas, from June 1996 through August, 2001. Phipps is charged in a federal indictment with three counts of mail fraud, one count of wire fraud, 13 counts of money laundering, one count of corruptly endeavoring to obstruct and impede Internal Revenue Service laws and three counts of income tax evasion. If convicted of all counts, Phipps would face a sentence that would include hundreds of years in prison and millions of dollars in fines.

Members in the "Life Without Debt" were encouraged to invest between $2,000 and $100,000, and were required to bring in two new participants within 90 days of their enrollment.

Tired of Kim Inman

Still having some problems with blogger. I am attempting to delete my less than nice posts about matrixwatch. It is just a waste of time and unproductive and we/I should not be derailed just because of the personality clashes.

I encourage all of you who are tired of the delays, low pay, and just out and out lies by Kim Inman and STA/YMMSS to go to MatrixWatch YMMSS forum and read, tell your story, join the consumer movement, and file complaints.

Asking for refund from YMMSS STA Scam

So, I go through the motions of asking for a refund so it is official.

On the advice of my attorney and other authorities I am making this formal request for a refund of my monies in the amount of 370 U.S. Dollars.

Check out this response:

Hello!

If you still want to close the account I cannot and will not close it unless you respond to these statements:

I am very sorry to hear you want to close your account.

You will need to respond and reply to these statments.

1) I understand there is a no refund policy.

2) I understand it make take three weeks or greater to be removed from the mailing list.

3) Your positions will no longer apply, therefore there will be no payments issued for any positions
at a value of $320 and any positions of $160 or less will no longer cycle.

I mean I really didn't expect much else from these lowlifes, but what a joke that reply is.

YMMSS STA independence gathering

Join them as they celebrate "our" financial independence???

Give me a break. Maybe they are talking about Kim and cronies financial independence after scamming and ripping everyone off.

Plenty to do there..shopping, restaurants...right, you don't have any money to shop and you will probably be eating out of your suitcase if you could afford staying at the Hilton after losing all your money to conman Kim Inman. Kim truly thanks you for the money you have given him.

Oh yeah, and feel free to bring guests and get them suckered in too.

The meeting is in Missouri. Isn't that the show me state?

Well Kim, show me the money you scamming lying thief.

Very frustrating

Still waiting on blogger support to restore my blogs. I am sure the YM cheerleaders are getting a good laugh out of it, but it can't be helped.

To ymmss sta scam victims

I would like to take this opportunity to applaud all those filing complaints, those working in front and behind the scenes to take Kim Inman, his cronies, and their ponzi business down.

YM used to like to talk like they were a family and friends brought together for a common cause of mutual success.

I never saw it with YM, but I have seen it with all the victims and those helping coming together to get retribution and/or justice against YM.

ymmss sta retail advertising scam

They really are pathetic. You see people asking when they are going to receive some income for 30 minutes of work a week for over a year. The answer is always to direct them to another link in the forum like some "real" answers are going to be there.

People ask about how they are going to get paid. Of course the debit cards are in the twilight zone. They always manage to turn it around to BUYING EPCs with a credit card. HELLO, the question was about getting paid not getting ripped off some more.

The mods on YM have to be the biggest sack of s*** I have ever seen in my life. I sincerely hope everyone of them is right up there with Kim Inman when the judgement comes down.

lawnswood is hawking all the free samples and diet aids. Wow, if Kim would just buy some diet aids that would fill up that RFA in a hurry. Not that fat f*** though. He is too busy swigging champaign and eating lobster on YOUR money to worry about that.

Ahh, here he is now, bellying up to the bar...

Word on the street

Kim and his lieutenants are fast approaching the end of the charade. They realize they are no longer fooling anyone and the small dribble of income to their pockets at this point is not worth the trade-off of getting caught on American soil.

Bank accounts are being looted, papers forged, documents shredded, transportation arranged. Kim is rethinking his Belize location. When he first set it up Belize was a good place to settle, but since 911 and US anti-terrorist efforts all over the world, the atmosphere has changed and Belize is no longer considered the shelter it once was.

Soon they will make an announcement that they can no longer run the company under these circumstances, once again blaming the affiliates for the problems, but they will say they don't want to disolve the company and offer to be bought out by the affiliates. Their last ditch effort to squeeze a little more money out of them.

blogger problems

From what I am reading on the support forum etc. this seems to be a wide spread problem with them just randomly deleting blogs due to some spam bot or something.

Support is practically non-existent and it can take up to a month for someone to get with you.

Yes, the service is free, but if they are going to have a rogue process working through blogs they should have the staff to respond to problems. After all they do make money on them in the way of google ads etc.

I will try to recover some of past posts and repost them, but I don't think I can afford to wait a month to start posting again.

sta ymmss scam summary

In the beginning was Kim with his spreadsheet. And he saw that he could make a bunch of money by running a ponzi and scamming a lot of trusting people out of their savings.

He promised to double my money within 90 days. For me and most others this has never
happened. I did my part by reading ads 30 minutes a week. Cycle times rose to over a year.

Along the way I have been abused by egomaniacal ym forum moderators and ultimately banned for asking questions. I asked for a refund but was rebuffed. I then created this blog so I could express my views and discontent without fear of it being deleted by mods like Viper and Alan. (Of course it got deleted by blogger, but no malice there, just bad processing.)

My account was then deactivated when I refused to send them a copy of my government ID. Since I no longer trust these people the last thing I wanted to do was give them the opportunity to steal my identity and ruin my credit.

I have come to know many great people in the ymmss forum on matrixwatch

Important Announcement from Mike Hamilton, COO of Suckers Through Advertising.

I want to share with our 25,000 affiliates and the general public a major decision our core administrative staff made in Belize at our annual meeting ten days ago which was also attended by our legal staff.

Once again we have made a decision about YOUR business without. As usual we did it a while back and we are just telling you now. By the way, we are in Belize...suckers!

Since we started almost four years ago, we have offered persons with limited resources the opportunity to earn income with minimal financial participation.

Since we started almost four years ago, we have changed lots of people with some nice size nest eggs into persons with limited resources and offered them the opportunity to earn a miserable income.

We did this initially by cycling purchases and building the core of our advertising and reading affiliate base. This enabled us also to add additional revenue streams which helped to sustain our business. More recently we have done this by accelerating the value of advertising purchases in recognition of our affiliate's participation in our business.

We did this by promising you everything under the sun like doubling your money in 90 days and having you help by conning your friends and relatives. This helped us at the top to earn some great returns and sucker in more people to foot the bill.

Recently, however, there have been indications that virtually any online business that offers anything that can be perceived as a "doubling" of participant’s money is vulnerable to attack.

Recently though we are being investigated by the SEC, FTC, FBI and another 3 letter acronyms you can think of.

In Belize we were reassured, as we have been from early days, that while our initial compensation plan was unique, it has been entirely ethical because the cost/price ratio of our product permitted the generous program. We have always emphasized that we were selling, and people were buying a valuable advertising product.

From the early days we knew our compensation plan and the selling of advertising was just a cover for a ponzi scheme. By the way, we are in Belize suckers!!

What we did discover over time was that, while we could sell the electronic posting credits necessary to place the ads , we could not force affiliates or members, as they were called in the earliest days, to actually place ads. Recognizing this, and the misperception it might create, we began to evolve company policies from time to time in order to keep up with the changing times. Thanks to that, we have a solid base of affiliates that participate by reading ads and other activities. Our affiliates will benefit enormously from both the retail and the Products and Services sides of our business.

What we discovered over time was that people will believe just about anything to keep from admitting to themselves that they have been swindled. Recognizing this we began to evolve to see if we could suck some more money out of the fools.

As always, we encourage our affiliates to use or sell their Electronic Posting Credits, purchase more advertising and keep participating for 30 minutes per week. Internet advertising is rapidly taking over from print. Everyone knows that, particularly advertisers. We are on the leading edge of niche market, Internet Advertising, and the world is just now catching on to the value of our product. Thankfully, we were not too far ahead of our time.

As always we encourage out suckered members to send us more of their money. Internet scams are rapidly taking over from print. We are on the leading edge of that scam market and the FBI is just now catching on to us. Thankfully we seem to have a head start.

As a result of our discussions at our meeting in Belize, we concluded that, in the wake of recent events, that there were decisions we could make that would substantially increase our security, stability and profitability, not only in terms of our participant base but in terms of our relations with, and the perceptions of, the general public.

We concluded in the wake of recent investigations and bad press about our scam that we need to change everything again. By the way, we are in Belize suckers!!

We made two decisions that we believe will advance our goals of stability, security and prosperity.

We made two decisions that will f*** you over some more.

Effective on July 9th of this year, the Accelerator Table will be eliminated. During the next 98 days participants may purchase advertising as always. The table will continue to accelerate existing positions within it. At the end of this period, we will close the Accelerator Table and enter all purchases into the RFA. All positions in the Accelerator Table will have one final cycle before the table is eliminated. This should increase the value and demand for existing but unused EPCs and thus immediately benefit all participants.

Remember how you waited so long to cycle, but that was ok because when we went to the new system your positions would be weighted. So you have been earning 10 cents instead of a nickel. Well that is costing us too much money, gone suckers.

After July 9th, all advertising purchases of any amount will be placed directly into the RFA.

Also, effective immediately, we are beginning the work to eliminate the distinction between retail and participant advertising. All advertising on our site will soon be retail advertising. The only difference will be that participating affiliates can purchase advertising at wholesale.

Effective immediately we are still trying to do damage control so we all don't wind up in prison as Bubba's girlfriend.

We believe that these decisions will result in more prosperity for all our affiliates. As we participate together in popularizing our global advertising sites , the value of our participating affiliates' advertising purchases will rise.

We believe this will give us at the top more money while continuing to screw the guy who got in late.

We believe there is an incalculable advantage in eliminating the appearance of either a 'doubler' or a 'get rich quick' program.

Though how anyone would get the idea we were a doubler when we haven't doubled jack in over a year I don't know.

The elimination of the Accelerator Table means that existing and future participating affiliates will be eligible to be paid much more rapidly for the work they perform for our company.

The elimination of the Accelerator Table means that the few pennies or dollars extra you got from waiting so long is all you will get.

A third area of our concern in Belize was to expand ways for affiliates to participate meaningfully in our business. We will have more to say on that in the near future.

By the way, we are in Belize suckers!!

The Kim Inman mug

Sorry I have not posted anything new, but I was without internet for most of the weekend due to my provider. I can't complain too much, they have been very reliable over the last couple of years. Also I have been having to divide my time between other projects and family issues.

Things are going well over at MatrixWatch, if you have not been there yet I encourage you to visit and join. Posts are moderated, but not deleted unless you are really bad, unlike another forum we all know and hate.

For your amusement I have created this image. I have done it sort of in the mugshot, most wanted playing card thing. Hope you enjoy.
